The hotel has three accessible rooms: Deluxe Room (located on the 2nd floor), Deluxe Room (located on the 3rd floor) and a Club Deluxe Room (located on the 4th floor). These rooms have wider doors, with a width of at least 32 inches and an adapted bathroom. Accessible areas across the property include restaurants and lounges, meeting spaces, pool entrances, spa entrance, fitness centre entrance and business centre. Access to these areas is enabled by ramps or self-operating lifts. Service animals are also allowed and there is an in-house nurse available 24 hours for medical assistance.
