The concierge team at Elegant Resorts would be delighted to assist with arrangements for your next luxury ski holiday, including pre-booking equipment and kindergarten places. Lift passes for certain resorts can be booked by us prior to travel, but can also be purchased upon arrival. We strongly recommend securing ski or snowboard tuition (if required) before you travel, whether individual or group lessons are needed. To make the most of the ski school experience, it is essential that pupils are of the same ability-level – otherwise, separate instructors will be required. Please let your Travel Consultant know you wish to have lessons when you make your holiday booking, as they would be pleased to advise you.

The Four Seasons Resort Whistler and Residences is Canada's only AAA 5 Diamond Resort and is located in the exclusive Upper Village. The resort emulates a mountain residence, with guest rooms, suites and townhouses featuring cosy wood interiors, while many also have a private balcony and fireplace. Residence Suites also feature fireplaces, kitchens and private terraces, and this accommodation offers many picturesque views. The resort is set back from the slopes and is less than a ten-minute walk to the ski lifts; there’s no need to carry your kit with you as the hotel’s own Ski Concierge will transport everything for you. Alternatively, there is complimentary transport between the hotel and the base station on Whistler Mountain, meaning you can save every ounce of energy for the acclaimed slopes. When you wish to venture into town for a spot of shopping, it's just a short walk away.

Disabled Services

There are some Resort King rooms that have been specially adapted for disabled guests. They have larger and wider areas to allow for wheelchair mobility as well as an adapted bathroom. There are no doors leading to either the en-suite or to the bedroom, the bath in the en-suite is lower and so is the position of robes and towels. The resort is wholly accessible as there are elevators in every level of the hotel allowing access to the restaurant, spa and outdoor areas. There is also a machine lift that is designed to aid disabled guests in and out of the water.
