ABTA
For your peace of mind and complete confidence in your travel experience with us, we are members of ABTA (V1712). This means that all holidays (not including a flight) booked with us are covered by a bonding requirement (a condition of membership) which provides for your financial protection in the unlikely event of our insolvency. The ABTA hallmark is synonymous with travel protection, and its code of conduct covers standards of service and complaints; it also provides guidance to its members, on issues such as sustainability and health and safety and works closely with the government to ensure both the industry and the public get a fair deal.
ATOL
Where your booking includes a flight, the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC), is a per person payment which we as an ATOL holder make to a protection fund called the Air Travel Trust (ATT), managed by the CAA. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, this not only provides security for your money but allows the CAA to arrange for you to finish your holiday and fly home. All the flight inclusive holidays featured on the website and in our brochures are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. Our ATOL number is 2885. From 1 October 2012, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate, please check it to ensure that everything you have booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. For further information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to: www.caa.co.uk/ATOLCertificate .
