A renowned architectural masterpiece, The Silo Hotel towers above the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and is widely recognised as one of the top hotels in the city. Art lovers, design aficionados' and lovers of luxury alike will delight in this exquisite property offering panoramic views stretching from Table Mountain to Table Bay Harbour. This itinerary begins with a three night stay here, during which time a visit to Zeitz MOCAA is a must-do. Located in the same building as the hotel, the museum is home to the world's largest collection of contemporary African art, whilst the hotel's own art collection showcases an exciting array of eminent and emerging pieces by some of Africa's most talented artists.
Breakfast
Travel an hour and a half east into the heart of the Cape Winelands to spend the next two nights at Delaire Graff Estate. Along with luxurious accommodations and spectacular food and wine, both the interior of the estate and its impressive gardens play canvas to the owner's own personal extraordinary art collection. Named as one of the Top 50 wineries by the World’s Best Vineyards, placing first within the African continent, Delaire Graff's 17 and a half hectares of vineyards are situated on the slopes of Botmaskop Mountain and are planted with Bordeaux reds and Chardonnay grapes.
Travel back to Cape Town to take a short flight to Maun in Botswana. Upon arrival, transfer to your light aircraft for a 25 minute flight across the Okavango Delta landing at Xigera Safari Lodge's private airstrip. Considered to be one of the most luxurious safari lodges in Botswana, the attention to detail here is unparalleled, the hospitality is outstanding and the passion that has so evidently been poured into this project is highlighted in so many ways. Game Drives at Xigera are a special affair, with the extraordinary knowledge of the ranger guides and their love of the wildlife and landscape undeniably infectious. Take it all in as you explore the Delta's wilderness and drive around Moremi Game Reserve without another vehicle in sight listening out for the sound of the monkeys making their alarm calls to warn other animals that a big cat is around - a truly thrilling experience.

The final leg of this spectacular journey takes you to your third country in Southern Africa. Travelling via light aircraft, say goodbye to Botswana and hello to Zimbabwe. Matetsi Victoria Falls is located within it's own private game reserve along the banks of the Zambezi River about a 45 minute drive from the town of Victoria Falls, which makes for a wonderful half day excursion to witness the thundering cacophony of the Falls themselves, after which Matetsi is the perfect haven to retreat to and reflect on your day. Sip a glass of wine on the river bank as small families of warthog meander through the grounds and enjoy a sundowner river cruise - a truly emotive end to a wonderful African adventure.
Your trip ends on day twelve with a transfer to the airport for your flight home.
