Rottnest Island

Hop aboard the ferry from Fremantle to Rottnest Island, one of Western Australia’s most treasured islands. On arrival, choose to enjoy one of the many activities available - from a relaxing ride on the Island Explorer, unwinding on the beautiful beaches, or cycling around the island. Explore the iconic historical sites, including the Bathurst Lighthouse, before lunch along the water’s edge. Go in search of the super cute quokka on the world-famous quokka walk, learning more about this iconic marsupial. Visit the island’s museums and World War II relics, before boarding the ferry back to Perth.

After your hotel collection, your first stop is Bethany Chapel at Samson Tall, which epitomises the modern style of McLaren Vale with a select range of single vineyard wines. Here you will enjoy tastings with the owner and winemaker. Afterwards, enjoy a stop at Wirra Wirra, a McLaren and South Australian icon where you can go behind the scenes in the historic ironstone cellars. Lunch is at one of Australia’s top restaurants, Salopian Inn, a stunning old homestead with expansive vineyard views. Next is a visit to d’Arenberg Cube, the avant-garde Rubik’s Cube inspired cellar door.
