Serving some of the most mouthwatering and delicious food imaginable, it is hard to believe that Chiva-Som's cuisine is completely balanced and healthy. Menus have a subtle Thai influence, with many of the ingredients grown in the resort’s organic garden and, of course, all dishes are low in fat and calorie-counted. Mineral-rich 'mocktails' are simply divine, while wine and Champagne are available with dinner, upon request. The spa also offers cooking classes and recipes that you can take home to try.
