Dining at Six Senses Ibiza is all about organic, seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients that taste incredible. Renowned Chef Eval Shani - best known for his new Israeli cuisine and passion for cooking with vegetables - will prepare dynamic dishes that celebrate the island’s bounty, with many of the ingredients soured from the resort’s own organic farm. In-villa dining and barbecues can also be arranged, while cookery classes and regular pop-up events are held at the Farm’s organic culinary school. If you're staying on a half or full board basis, you can enjoy dining across all the restaurants and room service menus, though some items may incur supplements and themed nights are not included.
