Lift passes for certain resorts can be booked by us prior to travel, but can also be purchased upon arrival. We strongly recommend securing ski or snowboard tuition (if required) before you travel, whether individual or group lessons are needed. To make the most of the ski school experience, it is essential that pupils are of the same ability-level – otherwise, separate instructors will be required. The hotel has accessible rooms across several room categories, namely a Deluxe Room (king bed), a Deluxe Mt. Temple Room (with two Queen beds) and a Deluxe Lakeview Room (with king bed). Some of these rooms are easy access rooms and have wider entry door frames, lower peep holes, flashing fire light, roll-in vanity units, additional grab bars, raised toilet seats and portable equipment available on request. Some include automatic entry door opener, roll-in shower, sliding bar shower and space throughout the room that allows a full wheelchair turning radius.
