If a Tri-area ticket is purchased the hotel provides a shuttle service daily to the nearest ski areas of Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise.

Disabled Services

Most areas of the hotel are accessible to those using wheelchairs.  There are accessible public washrooms on the main lobby level, mezzanine level 1 and 2, in the conference centre and Stanley Thompson Wing. The restaurants, spa, conference centre and meeting rooms are all accessible. Wheelchairs and other equipment (bed lifts, transfer benches etc) are available for use. The hotel offers accessible guest rooms which can feature low level entry baths, shower only rooms, roll-in showers, grab bars or wider door entries. On request, there are certain items the hotel can offer, such as a raised toilet seat and stationary shower chair or roll-in shower chair.
