Every Monday and Thursday, four guests can join one of the Colony Club's chefs, on-board a private boat to literally fish for their supper. Weighing anchor at a favourable spot, guests will learn about reef conservation as well as how and where to catch the best fish. Having caught their supper, and sailed back to shore, the chef's team will fillet and prepare the fish which will then be served Barbadian style with salad, rice and peas and plenty of pepper sauce. This complimentary excursion is available to all guests staying at Colony Club (children must be over 8 years of age to participate).
