Located in the famous wine region, Barossa Valley, The Louise is a luxury boutique vineyard retreat dedicated to the appreciation of good food and wine; in fact, it is a true gourmand's paradise. Set upon a hillside, the modern property enjoys views across the vineyards and the guest suites take advantage of these, as each one has a vineyard-facing terrace and sunrise or sunset views. In addition, each one features luxuries including a spa bath, flat-screen television, BOSE iPod docking station and a fully stocked mini-bar, and they accommodate between two and four adult guests each. A host of wine-tasting classes and vineyard tours are on offer, while the renowned, award-winning restaurant, Appellation, utilises local ingredients, many from the kitchen garden, in both its à la carte menu and signature five-course tasting menu, which is, of course, expertly paired with incredible local wines chosen by the retreat's resident Sommelier.

Sample fine wines from Appellation's extensive list of over 500 bottles, abundant with an inspiring selection of iconic Barossa wines, from established masters to emerging talent and boutique artisans. Each bottle represents diversity and the emerging stars of fine Australian wine.
