Karen Blixen Museum
Author of ‘Out of Africa’, Karen Blixen’s former home is now a fascinating museum giving a great insight into her life. Originally from Denmark, Karen and her Swedish husband made the farmhouse their home, inspiring the opening lines of her autobiography: ‘I had a farm in Africa, at the foot of the Ngong Hills’. Explore the lovely colonial house, surrounded by expansive gardens.
