Cruise overnight to the mouth of King Sound and into the spectacular maze of the Buccaneer Archipelago. Discover a jaw-dropping paradise of rocky landscapes, lush rainforest and pristine beaches amongst the 1000 islands.

Day 9Talbot Bay

Today, Talbot Bay’s spectacular Horizontal Waterfalls are waiting to impress you.

Day 10Montgomery Reef

Awake to the remarkable spectacle of Montgomery Reef, the world’s largest inshore reef.

Day 11Bigge Island

Bigge Island, the second-largest island in the Bonaparte Archipelago, boasts abundant native wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for a Monjon rock wallaby, the smallest of the kangaroo group, the northern quoll, sea turtles and crocodiles.

Day 12Hunter River

Arrive at the mouth of the Hunter River. There's time for an unforgettable helicopter excursion to Mitchell Falls and time to explore this amazing area on foot.

Day 13Ashmore Reef

After a morning relaxing on board the ultra-luxury Scenic Eclipse II ship, it's time to explore one of Australia's most remote marine parks, Ashmore Reef. A wealth of wildlife awaits on land and beneath the sea's surface surrounding these uninhabited islands.

Day 14Vansittart Bay

Stop in secluded Vansittart Bay, a place of significant indigenous cultural history. Explore the area on a zodiac excursion with a member of the expert Discovery Team.

Day 15King George River

At 112 kilometres long and with a sheer drop of 100 metres, seeing the thundering twin falls of King George River is a mesmerising experience. Weave past spectacular sandstone cliffs and mangrove forests while exploring in a zodiac boat.

Day 16 to 18Darwin

Arriving in Darwin, it's time to say goodbye to the crew and new friends from your Discovery Voyage, before checking in to Mindil Beach Casino and Resort, a tropical oasis close to the sparkling white sands of Mindil beach.
