The Travel App is provided by mTrip and your use of the Travel App is subject to your agreement to and compliance with the mTrip Terms and Conditions.
Elegant Resorts Limited provide the below supplemental Terms and Conditions as a Licensee of mTrip. By using the Travel App you confirm your agreement to our Supplemental Terms and Conditions as well as the mTrip Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms and Conditions, you must not use, or immediately cease use of, the Travel App.
i) i) By using the Travel App, the data that we collect from you will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and may be transferred to, and stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA") including but not limited to the eUKhost Web Services, hosted in the UK. By using the Travel App, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. mTrip and ourselves will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with our privacy policy.
ii) By using the Travel App, you accept that we will be transferring passengers' names to eUKhost Web Services. The data will then be used by the Travel App to build your travel itinerary.
iii) The Travel App will display suggested tours, activities, restaurants and other such services (together "Services"), relevant to your holiday destination. Please Note: Elegant Resorts Limited make no recommendation or endorsement whatsoever as to the availability, suitability or standard of the Services displayed on the Travel App. Elegant Resorts Limited do not provide the Services displayed on the Travel App, instead the Services are advertised by way of a travel guide by our third party partner mTrip.
iv) Flight changes such as delays, cancellations and gate changes will be delivered by push notification to the Travel App providing that details of these changes are released by the Airline or Airport. Elegant Resorts cannot be held responsible for incorrect or missing information that is beyond our control. Elegant Resorts advises travellers to continue to seek live announcements at the airport.
