The 'Gili Wine and Dine Experience' invites you to embark on a different dining experience each night of the week, feasting on bespoke Maldivian-inspired menus created for you by a team of chefs. Ingredients are as fresh as you can get them, sourced from local fishermen and the onsite Organic Garden. If you're a fan of a tipple, a variety of tastings are on offer with an expert sommelier - including wine (paired with cheese or chocolate), sake, champagne, gin, brandy, rum and whiskey!
In keeping with the resort's focus on sustainability, it is set to unveil its new 'Powered by Plants' package in 2021. Check-in to your sustainable villa and uncover vegan treats and wool-free bedding, before feasting on colourful, balanced and delicious plant-based menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, each dish using organic herbs, vegetables and fruits lovingly grown in the garden. The package also incorporates various incredible nature-based experiences - including a private vinyasa flow yoga class, guided snorkelling expedition and private vegan cooking class to prepare delicious Maldivian curries that are completely plant-based.
