Owned by Sir Richard Branson, Ulusaba Private Game Reserve is located in Sabi Sand Game Reserve, near Kruger National Park. Known for the quality of its safari experience, with some of the most experienced rangers and trackers in the country. During twice daily game drives within more than 13,500 hectares of unspoiled African bushveld, guests will have the opportunity to search for the ‘Big Five’ and more! There is also the choice of two very different lodges whereby guests can stay, with 10 rooms and suites at each. Perched on the highest mountain (Koppie) in the area, Rock Lodge offers spectacular panoramic views of the bushveld, the roaming game below and the majestic Drakensberg Mountains in the far distance. At Safari Lodge, along the banks of the dry Mabrak riverbed, rope bridges link treehouse-style guest rooms and suites, allowing for close encounters with animals strolling to the waterhole and the nearby Xikwenga Dam. For the ultimate experience, guests can share their time between both lodges.
