In keeping with the villa’s long past as a private residence, dining here takes on a home-from-home approach, where your every culinary desire is catered for and guests are invited to dine when, where, and on whatever they want. Menus are provided but guests frequently stop by the kitchen to lend a hand and order whatever tickles their taste buds. Days are spent wandering the achingly pretty lakeside towns, sailing the cool waters of the lake, snoozing by the lakeside pool, or retreating to the atmospheric spa set amongst the soaring vaults and ancient columns of the old hall.
